Η ταινία πραγματεύεται την ζωή των Ελληνοκυπρίων μεταναστών στο Λονδίνο μετά τη φασιστική δήλωση της Βρετανίδας Πρωθυπουργού ότι οι πολίτες του κόσμου δεν έχουν γνώση του τι είναι ιθαγένεια. Μέσα από τον φακό μιας απλής κόρης, σύζυγου και μητέρας (της Ελένης Παυλή) βλέπουμε την καθημερινή πάλη για να διατηρηθούν οι απλές ισορροπίες της καθημερινής ζωής, την αγάπη και φροντίδα για τους γονείς, την κρίση ταυτότητας και πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς και την αποξένωση της τρίτης γενεάς.
The film describes the life of Greek Cypriot immigrants in London following the fascist statement of the British Prime Minister according to which citizens across the globe are unaware of what citizenship means. Through the lens of an ordinary daughter, wife and mother - Eleni Pavli - we watch the daily struggle for maintaining the balance between daily life, offering love and care to parents, identity crisis and cultural heritage, as well as the alienation of the third generation.

Μια πολύ δεμένη ομάδα ανθρώπων ζουν και εργάζονται σε ένα παραμελημένο αγρόκτημα. Κανείς δεν γνωρίζει τη γυναίκα με το μαύρο αδιάβροχο που τριγυρνάει στη φάρμα όλη μέρα. Στην αρχή δεν της δίνει κανείς σημασία. Μα όσο πλησιάζει, τόσο γίνεται εμπόδιο.

This work is generated on the computer, based on real video images, filmed for one year from when the author graduated from the university and started to live in society. During the year he started to work as a member of the society, he faced various tiring events, such as depression caused by working long hours, and the infidelity of his girlfriend of 3 years, which exhausted him both physically and mentally. Seeking salvation in the very act of creating this work, he expressed all of his memories and feelings experienced over the year.
Το έργο είναι φτιαγμένο αποκλειστικά σε ηλεκτρονικό υπολογιστή και βασίζεται σε αληθινές εικόνες βίντεο, τις οποίες ο σκηνοθέτης άρχισε να κινηματογραφεί στη διάρκεια ενός έτους, από τη μέρα που αποφοίτησε από το πανεπιστήμιο μέχρι τη μέρα που ξεκίνησε να εργάζεται. Κατά τη διάρκεια αυτού του χρόνου που ξεκίνησε να δουλεύει ως ενεργό μέλος της κοινωνίας, ήρθε αντιμέτωπος με δυσμενείς καταστάσεις όπως η κατάθλιψη, προϊόν πολύωρης εργασίας, και η απιστία της αγαπημένης του, με την οποία είχε σχέση για τρία χρόνια, γεγονότα που τον εξάντλησαν σωματικά και ψυχικά. Στην αναζήτηση της λύτρωσής του, ο σκηνοθέτης, μέσα από το έργο του, εκφράζει συναισθήματα και αναμνήσεις που βίωσε κατά τον χρόνο αυτό.

In Mesopotamia, there are children of different ethnicities, religions and languages. Zelal, a 7-year-old petite girl, is an ethnic Kurd, as well as religiously an Ezidi (Yazidi). An ordinary school day turns into a life-changing event for Zelal and her introvert admirer, Zeki, after their Turkish teacher introduces the letter of the week: ‘O’.
Στη Μεσοποταμία ζούνε παιδιά διαφόρων εθνοτήτων, θρησκειών και γλωσσών. Η εφτάχρονη και μικροκαμωμένη Zelal, κουρδικής καταγωγής, ανήκει στη θρησκευτική ομάδα των Γιαζίντι. Μια συνηθισμένη μέρα στο σχολείο θα αποβεί καθοριστική για την ίδια, αλλά και για τον ντροπαλό θαυμαστή της, τον Zeki, όταν η δασκάλα τους από την Τουρκία, θα τους διδάξει το γράμμα της εβδομάδας: το «Ο».
